Automatic handling system used in factory is an important part of advanced manufacturing technologies.From the analysis of the generalized connotation,It seems that automatic handling system has transformed from simple materials handling to synthesis technique setting mechanical designing,computer science,management and automation control technology in one.Manufacturing industry will enter a new stage in the 21st century,agile manufacturing will become dominant model of enterprise.Whether to catch marketing opportunity to develop new product will be the main measure for enterprise to win competion.Automatic handling system has some characteristics such as autonomous plans,programmability,coordinating working and control based on sensors,so it will be an important part of system and reconfigurable manufacturing equipment of agile manufacturing.It will provide important technical supports to help traditional enterprises to develop into agile manufacturing enterprises.This article had widely research and analysis about work-holding and installation method.A clamping device for handling and installation suitable for special workpiece was designed,about which optimization designing has been done.A set control system of RGV was bulit,assembling and commissioning of system was done in the end.To design handling and clamping device for special workpiece.First,handling device's working environment was defined,designing requirements,structure index and motor index was confinned according to the overall layout and structural features of numerical control machines.Two design schemes was proposed according to designing requirements,which were hydraulic shuttle car and suspension handling.Suspension handling was confirmed according to comparison.Then handling and clamping device for special workpiece was cdesigned carefully.Taking advantage of methods of structural designing based on topological optimization to design clamping device,the weight of clamping device was lightened by 40%.The statics analysis about clamping device was done,and weak links was found out for corresponding improvements.To compare the merits and demerits of traditional PID controller and the self-adaptive parameters of fuzzy-PID controller applied in RGV's control system.Mathematical model of RGV s control system was bulit.The basic principles of fuzzy control and designing procedures of fuzzy-PID controller was analyzed.According to the simulation research by MATLAB/SIMULINK,it demonstrate that self-adaptive fuzzy-PID controller has faster response,lower overshoot and better anti-interference capability,which is a more effective strategy.To design and develop RGV's control system.First,the working principles of positioning techniques,control techniques,wireless communication technologies and power supply techniques was analyzed and compared.The technologies used in this article was confirmed based on comprehensive analysis.Hardware structures of RGV's control system was bulit,installing and modifying system.
