With the development of science and technology,smart home technology products continue to emerge.Greater demand in intelligent home products is monitor digital technology products,because the people personal safety and property safety is particular ly important in daily life,while in pubilc areas,public place and transport hub and so on are in urgent need of such monitoring products.Such products can greatly reduce the labor of people and have high practicability and provide strong evidence for emergenc ies and notify the parties concerned in a timely manner.In this paper,based on the shortcomings of Intelligent digital security monitoring products on the market,such as not open source,secondary development is more difficult,low degree of automation,some products can not use C ++ and other advanced computer language development and can not run complex image processing algorithms to design and implement of intelligent household security wheeled robot based on ARM9 embedded processor.The robot configuration of cheap processors can be through the wireless network in the remote computer with the assistance of high-end machine learning tasks,to achieve face detection and recognition of access control functions.In addition,the user can set the monitoring sensitivity parameters on demand,set the parameters after the start of automatic monitoring function to get rid of manual monitoring and computer equipment and other constraints.The robot will automatically capture the abnormal photos during the upload to the local server and alarm,users can use the mobile device anytime,anywhere landing the server,free to see abnormal photos and can manipulate the robot movement.Firstly,the paper introduces the overall design of the robot,the function overview and the hardware modular design.Secondly,the paper independently designs and realizes the robot monitoring software,the manipulating software and the host computer face detection and recognition software.Finally,the robot system is debugged.Robot function is tested and the test results are analyzed and the test results are summarized,indicating that the robot can achieve all the functions required by the paper,has a certain application value.
