Design And Implementation Of Real-time Monitoring System In Specific Area

The issue about security has attracted considerable concern in modern society.Security deserves attentions from all fields,particularly the industry with potentially high risk,so it plays a more and more fundamental role in recent years.With the popularization of monitoring system,the more limitations of traditional artificial monitoring is more and more prominent.So as one of the principal ways of modern security,intelligent video surveillance has a very good bright prospect.Intelligent video surveillance derives from computer vision.It assists even replaces artificial monitoring in certain situation via video analysis and effective information extraction from video.So in this paper,image processing combined with intelligent video surveillance have been taken to solve some problems under the particular area(e.g.Serve room).Face recognition will be required before entering the serve room.Only staff and some appointed people have the authority to enter the room.Subsequently,people cross-border real-time monitoring and head movement overtime supervising will be required after entering.Firstly,closely dynamic trace of target and cross-border real-time monitoring on specific area in the video can be realized.It will alarm in time once people cross border.Secondly,head movement overtime supervising will monitor the head of target.It will alarm timely once duration of head motion reach maximum time.Personnel monitoring has been taken to promoted security about access to serve room.People cross-border real-time monitoring and head movement overtime supervising in video surveillance have the great significance.They can save manpower and cost for individual and communities.Meanwhile,they can keep alarming for monitoring day and night without interval.Design and implementation of real-time monitoring system has suitable interface completed during the secondary development will facilitate the following work.
