Compared with inorganic semiconductors,organic semiconductors molecular structure can be modified and designed to obtain excellent charge transport,light absorption,energy level and other performance requirements.The organic field effect transistor(OFETs)not only has the inherent performance characteristics of the general field-effect transistor,but also in excess of conventional amorphous silicon FETs in electrical properties.It also as a simple film-forming process,light weight,solution processability,easy to integration,low cost of manufacture,and the potential advantages of satisfactory field effect device performance through molecular structural modification.It has the potential to produce large areas with low cost and high throughput in process such as roll-to-roll printing and inkjet printing.These advantages are conducive to the development of next-generation devices such as organic photovoltaic,electronic paper,smart memory/sensors,flexible active matrix displays,flexible nonvolatile memory and low cost radio frequency identification(RFID)tags.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Metal copolymers PNDI-ZnP,PPBI-ZnP and dimer 2NDI-ZnP,2PBI-ZnP were designed and synthesized with metal zinc porphyrin used as the electron donor and perylene diimide(PBI),naphthalimide(NDI)as electron acceptor.And their structures and performance were characterized.Both polymer and dimer all have a good solubility,film-forming and thermal stability.Polymers and dimers have a strong absorption peak in the 400-500 nm region,a clear widening and reds hift in the Q band,and have a lower HOMO/LUMO level.(2)Metal copolymers PIID-Pt(Ref)and PIID-Pt(Si)were designed and synthesized with platinum metal complexes used as electron donor and IID as electron acceptor.And their structure and properties were characterized.Polymer has excellent solubility,film-forming and thermal stability.The polymer has a wide absorption in the 400-700 nm region.(3)Metal copolymers PPBI-Pt(R1),PPBI-Pt(R2)were designed and synthesized with different solubilizing groups,and also dimer 2NDI-Pt,2PBI-Pt.And their structure and performance were characterized.Both polymer and dimer all have good solubility,film-forming and thermal stability.Polymers and dimers slao have strong absorption in the 400-800 nm region.
