With the rapid development of Internet,more and more people shop online.B2C(Business-to-Customer)Online supermarkets have gradually developed within this trend,and new operation models of websites are being explored.If operators want to retain a footholdin the fierce competition of On-line supermarkets,they need to design websites on the basis of customers' perceptions,which makes customers look through and operate websites in a relaxing and joyful way.On-line supermarket website design based on customers' perceptions has become an important element;it is an inevitable trend that the gap between customers and Online supermarket website design will be gradually eliminated.Purpose: From the perspective of online shopping behavior,the effect of customers' perceptions on Online supermarket website design will be explored.Combined with the principles of page design,On-line supermarket website design will be conducted,and innovative guidance will be provided.Method: Explore the effect of the concept of customers' perceptions on the origin of online shopping behavior and on the development of design.Fromthe aspects of sense judgement,behavior experience and language form,the effect of customers' perceptions on Online supermarket page design will be explored.Combined with the analysis of questionnaires and users,the research will be conducted on the basis of system requirements and user requirements,and a frame of Online supermarket website design will be constructed.Conclusion: Through the analysis of B2 C websites,it is proved that Online supermarket page design should be placed on the basis of customers' perceptions.This innovative method improves the experience of operation,which verifies the feasibility of applying the principle of customers' perceptions into the practice of On-line supermarket website design.
