In the clothing,advertising industry,cutting machine is a commonly used production equipment.In the cutting machine processing,the workers usually have to deal with the cutting material for manual positioning.This positioning is inefficient,and the positioning accuracy is low.With the increase of labor costs,the development of cutting machine automatic positioning technology is of great significance.This paper describes the domestic and foreign research status of positioning technology for cutting system,and then develops the circular Mark positioning technology for cutting machine.This paper completes the recognition and positioning of the circular Mark with the machine vision technology,and then get the location information of the material and the correct cutting coordinates.The main research contents are as follows:1?According to the characteristics of the cutting machine,this paper designs the system of the circular Mark point positioning for the cutting machine.This paper analyzes the parameters and performance of each function module.2?This paper presents a new circle detection algorithm named CEFCD?The CEFCD algorithm separates the edge of the arc and the edge of the noise by interrupting the bifurcation edge chain and extracts the arcs according to the direction of the edge of the arc.This method eliminates a large number of non-circular edge chains,improves the efficiency of the algorithm,and preserves the associated information between arc edge points.CEFCD algorithm uses the method of three-point fixed circle method and least squares fitting method to realize the screening of circular edge chain,and improves the efficiency of circle detection.Finally,CEFCD converge the circular circles with the same center and radius to compute the circular parameters.3?This paper designs the solution of the circular Mark point positioning for cutting system,and completes the calculation of the correct cutting coordinates.According to the limitation between the position of the material to be cut and the position of the cutting machine platform,this paper designs the search strategy of the cutting point for the cutting machine.In this paper,the search range and search scheme of each circle Mark point are determined according to the geometric relation between the circle Mark points,and the CEFCD algorithm is used to identify and locate the circle Mark point.Finally,the coordinate transformation matrix of the material relative to the cutting machine platform is calculated according to the coordinates of the circular Marks,and then the correct cutting coordinates are calculated.4?This paper designed the host computer software of circular Mark positioning for cutting system.The software realizes the image acquisition of circular Mark,preprocessing,circle detection and the transformation of the cutting coordinates.Finally,the content of this paper is summarized and the ideas of further research are put forward.
