In recent years, with the rapid development of internet education, information management and service of preschool education are becoming popular. The current preschool education systems emphasize on providing convenient management and office platform, but they often neglect the importance of interaction between parents and school services. Specifically, children's behavior at school could not be fed back to parents instantly, then it is difficult to establish an effective trust relationship between school and parents. In addition, in the era of Big Data, it is difficult for parents from a large number of information to find some resource they are interested in, meanwhile, the resource is in accordance with the law of the growth of their children. However, personalized recommendation technology could assist parents to solve "information disorientation"problem on parenting resources. The main direction of exploration and research of this dissertation is how the personalized recommendation technology is adopted in mobile applications based on preschool education system in order to improve the efficiency of information management for the kindergarten and in order to help parents achieve real-time, dynamic and personalized parenting resources.Theoretically, according to children personalized education theory and growth characteristics of children, in this dissertation, a 3D target model of preschool individualized education guide mode land the sustainable renewal model are created; at the same time, in order to be more suitable for practical application scenarios on parenting resources recommended, three improvements are secured: On the basis of traditional collaborative filtering algorithm, Improving user clustering algorithm based on Kruskal is integrated; User activity is introduced to improve user similarity calculation; Improving the prediction score is accomplished by time function to realize the recommendation of childcare resources. By using the MovieLens data set, off-line experiment of Matlab is carried on, and the improved algorithm is compared with the traditional algorithm. The results show that the improved algorithm can improve the accuracy and computational speed of the proposed algorithm to a certain extent.In practice, this dissertation constructs the system including B/S architecture and C/S architecture, which correspond to preschool education background management system and home education assistant iOS client. Preschool education background management system, developed through Spring MVC framework and Java, HTML5,JavaScript and other development language, provides the park service management,campus archives management, childcare resource management and recommendation for kindergarten management; home of education assistant iOS client, performed by means of Apple's latest development language Swift, provides parents with instant browsing in dynamic and personalized parenting resources of children.After completing the prototype system and repeated testing, results show the system runs more stable. The system functions have reached the design target, in line with the direction of personalized education and meeting the needs of kindergarten management and parents.
