In recent years,with the rapid development of computer hardware technology and health insurance information technology to vigorously promote health insurance video surveillance system has been popular in various places.But there are health insurance video surveillance is only on-site real-time recording and playback,the lack of video intelligent analysis Function,and therefore can not effectively guarantee the card problem.In order to solve the problem,the main goal is to develop the computer surveillance technology,such as face tracking and attitude point estimation,to develop medical insurance video intelligent monitoring system to realize the active recognition and monitoring of credit card personnel.The main work of the thesis includes:1)The gradient of the face image is estimated and realized.Aiming at the problem of facial feature extraction,the paper first uses the gradient gradient histogram feature to extract the direction of the image,and then completes the training of the face image feature point model by monitoring the gradient descent method.Finally,the face gesture is calculated by POSIT algorithm for the subsequent optimal face selection.A large number of experimental analyzes have been carried out for different face databases.The algorithm can accurately locate the face.2)A multi-face tracking algorithm based on similarity metric filtering is proposed.For the tracking real-time problem of video tracking,the algorithm uses the image sequence in the frame before and after the frame and filter template convolution to determine whether the same face,the rapid realization of multi-face tracking.At the same time algorithm combined with posture estimation algorithm to filter photos for face recognition and comparison,to improve the accuracy of recognition.Finally,the effectiveness of the tracking algorithm is verified by experimental analysis.3)On the basis of the above core algorithm,the research and implementation of the medical security intelligent monitoring client.The client mainly uses the streaming media broadcasting technology,the network communication technology and the multi-thread technology to realizethe real-time tracking and monitoring of the user's credit card personnel,and encodes the face image to the server side to complete the face matching.The system to achieve the health care users credit card smart monitoring,effective prevention of health insurance card fraudulent use of the problem.
