Research On The Classroom Observation Method Supported By Video Technology

Among the educational research methods,classroom observation is one of the most common methods,and has been the focus of scholars.By combing and analyzing the literature,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign classroom observation,to understand the history,development and the current application situation of classroom observation,and find that the classroom observation is not fully play its due role in recent years because of its complicated operation.However,recently with the rapid development of varieties of technology,the concept of education informationization is put forward,and is paid more and more attention.The standard of education informationization requests to apply the modern information technology in the process of teaching deeply,to optimize the teaching process,so as to promote the educational reform.This paper mainly discusses the classroom observation method supported by video technology,and then look for the classroom observation method which can reduce the work of teachers.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:First,through reading the literature,I know the method about traditional classroom observation and the classroom observation based on video techno logy,finding that the traditional classroom observation focus more on the theoretical research,and practical research is less.Until the emergence of video technology,the classroom observation method became popular and widely used.Second,this paper introduces the process of applying the video technology to analyze the video of the class,there are seven steps.Then combined with pattern recognition technology,to explore the way to identify and analyze the students' behaviors more intelligently.Third,according to the methods and techniques mentioned above,the learning algorithm which is in the field of artificial intelligence machine was used to analyze the specific students.Through cluster analysis and random forests algorithm to classify and analyze the students,looking for problem student and the classroom learning behavior which affect students' achievement,finally build a model.Fourth,this paper also introduces other devices and techniques,such as voting machine,digital lattice pen and wearable technology,introduces the process of collecting and analyzing students' data,the using method in the classroom,and introduces how to apply in the classroom teaching for examples.
