A Method Of Data Transformation Research For Relap5 Input File

With the rapid development of Internet and computer technology,various types of text data become a huge source of information.A lot of useful information is contained in these data,but they lackschema information independented of data.It leads the efficiency is very lowwhile researchers to obtain information.The traditional database technology is difficult to used to this kind of data. So how will make this enormous data ofinformation sourcestore in the structural integrity of the database, using database technology to browse, query, integrate the important data of these information sources is a problem worth studying.In this paper,the research object is RelapS input file,it is the input of Relap5 program, exists in the form of text.Relap5 program is a general system transient behavior analysis program which is developed by the United States INEL laboratory.Through the analysis shows that Relap5 inputfile is a kind of semi-structured data,the data has the characteristics of fluidness, controlled by the rules.These features make the traditional database technology can not be directly deal with such data .Aiming at the characteristics of a Relap5 input file ,this paper proposed a method of data transformation for Relap5 input file.First,this method use the data extraction method based on regular expressions to extract the data, it adapted to the data characteristic of fluidness.Then extend the OEM model, get a Relap5-OEM model which expressdata schema information.Take the extracted data stored in the Relap5-OEM model, make data values match attributes,determine the practical significance of the data.Finally through establish mapping rules between Relap5-OEM model and the relational database model,including the mapping between the level of table and the level of data field,realized the Relap5 inputfile dataconvertfrom the form of text to the database.In this paper, according to the way of ETL implement the data transformation method.Data conversion system is mainly divided into the data extraction module,data conversion module and the data load module.Implement the Relap5 input file data stored in the database, greatly improving the efficiency of access to information.
