As the development of ocean resource become more and more important, the underwater acoustic communication and underwater acoustic sensor network technology has made a big progress. The underwater acoustic communication and network technology have made more and more attention for its great potential application value by scientists and become one of the most important directions nowadays.Underwater acoustic sensor network experiments are very difficult to carry out and the cost of the experiments is extremely high. So the simulation for the underwater acoustic sensor network can reduce the experiment cost according to the estimate of simulation results.It is of practical significance to develop the simulation software for underwater acoustic sensor network which can verify the performance of network protocols.This paper has developed the underwater acoustic sensor network software for simulations based on Qt Creator. The software will help developers improve the efficiency of simulations. The Physical layer's communication algorithm of the software is multi-carrier MFSK. The paper simulates the algorithm in different signal to noise ratio of the bit error rate and implements it using C++ based on Qt and applies it in network simulation software. The software uses Aqua-Sim based on NS2 as the background of network simulation. The The software is integrated with Bellhop to implement underwater acoustic channel simulation. The software is also integrated with Nam to implement simulation replay. Finally, a visualization interface is designed and implemented, which includes parameter configuration, result visualization and Nam replay. Developers can use the interface to change simulation parameters to implement the network simulation instead of changing OTcl script manually and processing simulation results mechanically.Finally, we use the simulation software to draw curves of the average end-to-end delay,average throughput, the packet loss rate and energy consumption for each node, which has tested the simulation software. Through the simulation results, the evaluation of the network performance are implemented. The simulation results also shows that the software design is reasonable, the interface is simple and friendly, the simulation results are intuitive and the software is stable and reliable.
