Vision is the most important sensory organ for people to explore the world,but for the bind,the visual problem is a great obstacle for them to walk freely in society,especially when they are traveling alone,the sense of anxiety in a strange environment will bring them unspeakable panic.Due to planning reason,and man-made damage,the information being brought by the existing urban blind road to the blind is limited.Even worse,because of random piling up,the urban blind road may bring dangers to the blind.Today,with the popularity of smart phones,intelligent navigation software has been emerged,such as Baidu Map,Auto Navi Map and so on.But this kind of software is designed for normal visual people,the blind has no idea with the navigation route.In order to solve the above problems,design of blind intelligent system based on voice and broadcast,which is combined with Internet,GPS,speech recognition,speech synthesis and ultrasonic testing technology is proposed.Design of the positioning software of Android client based on voice is to help the blind to make clear of their location.In addition to the function of positioning,the software also has other functions,such as making voice calls,reading and sending text messages by voice and so on.In the process of designing this subject,the following contents are mainly included.Firstly,the author analyzes the present situation of the intelligent blind auxiliary tools both at home and abroad,discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the current mainstream blind auxiliary tools,and then analyzes the technology involved in the design of blind intelligent system based on voice and broadcast.This paper studies the concept and characteristics of GPS technology and analyzes the positioning principle of GPS,and then studies the ultrasonic distance measurement module.The main function of this module is to detect distance of the obstacle and then broadcast.Then,it elaborates the characteristics of the Android system and explains reasons for taking Android Operating system as the development platform,and then studies voice recognition and speech synthesis technology,and finally analyzes the Socket technology,which is used for communication between server and Android client.The hardware design of the system consists of two parts.The first part is the acquisition and processing phase of GPS data.Firstly,GPS' access data is acquired by GPS receiver SIM868,then the extraction of latitude and longitude information is realized by C language programming.The second part is the design of ultrasonic distance measurement module.In the subject,it is designed to transmit and receive ultrasound through the ultrasonic transmitter SE05-40 T and ultrasonic receiver SE05-40 R,then to calculate distance between the obstacle and the distance probe according to the time between launch and receive the ultrasonic by the microcontroller AT89C51,and then the distance would be broadcast out,so that the blind could avoid obstacle in advance.The software design of the system consists of two parts.The first part is the construction phase of system server.At this stage,the GPS data extracted by C programming in the first stage is stored and analyzed,so that the relevant latitude and longitude information would be associated with the specific geographical location.At the same time,it also needs to finish the design of the site,so the guarder of blind could check the current position of the blind on web page,and from the blind's track and their walking speed,it can be inferred whether the blind is safe.The client would upload the latitude and longitude information of the current position of the mobile phone to the server in real time,and the server would find the corresponding geographical location information in database,then specific value would be sent back to the client,and when client receives the value,it would be broadcast out,in this way,blind people could get their current position.The client supports the voice wake-up function,so it facilitates the blind to open the client directly through voice command.To optimize the blind's smart phone experience,and make it easy for them to make phones calls and text their family when they need,the client is designed to support the following functions,voice answering and making calls,voice reading SMS,and voice sending messages.The overall design of blind intelligent system based on voice and broadcast analyzes the essential functions of server and client,and what kind of services should be provided to the blind so that they can operate smartphone through their mouth and ears.The design of the GPS positioning data and the design of the ultrasonic module are mainly realized by C language.The storage and analysis of the server-side GPS data and the design of the client are realized by Java.The client's platform is developed on Google's development environment Android Studio,and the develop of server is completed in MyEclipse platform,and at the same time,web development framework is built,which is based on Spring+MyBatis+Structs.While the client and server are both to follow the MVC(Model,View,Controller)design pattern.Under the limited external resources,and through the research of system theory and concrete scheme,the design of blind intelligent system based on voice and broadcast is completed with reference to the roads and buildings in Chengdu University of Technology,and by field simulation and testing,the system has achieved the intended target.The design of blind intelligent system is meeting the blind's needs to get their location in real-time.By using the Android client,the blind can make calls and send text message by voice,and also,when they are getting phones and messages,the information of phone callers and contents of text messages would be broadcast.At the same time,guarders of the blind could learn the blind's whereabouts from the web page.All in all,the design of blind intelligent system based on voice and broadcast not only optimize the blind's smart phone experience in a certain extent,but also provide a certain guarantee for their personal safety.
