With the development of economic globalization,the popularity and rise of e-commerce,the logistics industry in an unprecedented prosperous period.China's traditional logistics and transportation enterprises still use the time and attendance system to monitor the logistics and transportation and the current situation of the road logistics in China in recent years,causing environmental pollution,frequent traffic accidents and low operational efficiency,which seriously affected China's economic and social development.Dynamic monitoring of logistics and transportation can reduce the cost of distribution,to achieve shared logistics information,improve distribution efficiency,so as to maximize the logistics and transport enterprises to help more business income and enhance economic benefits.In order to make full use of existing resources,improve the urban environment,achieve sustainable development,strengthen the logistics and transportation dynamic monitoring system research and construction has a certain necessity.Based on GPS technology,embedded technology,GIS technology,wireless communication technology and computer processing technology,this paper has established a real-time,reliable and efficient integrated logistics and transportation dynamic monitoring system.Through real-time tracking of transport vehicles,Vehicle dynamic monitoring,to ensure the safety of vehicles transport,improve the efficiency of logistics and transport.The dynamic monitoring system of logistics transportation is divided into two major functional modules: vehicle terminal and monitoring center.Car terminal by the central control unit,GPS positioning module,wireless data transmission module,key module,display module,power module and other components.The monitoring center is composed of a Web monitoring system and a mobile terminal.The Web monitoring system is composed of a Web server,a database and a Web page.The Web system server includes an application server and a Web server.The central control unit is the control center of the vehicle terminal.The vehicle position data is calculated by the satellite signal received by the GPS positioning module,printed out on the display module,and the data is processed according to the data transmission request of the monitoring center,and the data Through the wireless data transmission module sent to the Web system server,the use of key instructions to control the wireless data transmission module sent to the mobile terminal.Web monitoring system application server to receive the location data from the vehicle terminal,with the support of the Web page server,through the WebGIS-based Google electronic map matching technology,in a Web page to visually display the location of the transport vehicle,in order to achieve the logistics transport positioning track.The Web monitoring system stores the location data processed by the application server in the database every 2 minutes to realize the function of playing back the history of the vehicle on the Web page.Through the test of the system,analyze the experimental results,found that the system of vehicle terminals and monitoring center 2 functional modules work properly,logistics and dynamic monitoring function can be achieved to meet the design requirements of the paper.
