In recent years,with the increasing and diversified application of satellite communication,it has put forward higher requirements for the exchange capacity and flexibility of satellite switching systems.This thesis introduces the design and implementation of the flexible switching system.The switching capacity of the system is 64 Gbps.The system can be compatible with different channelization processing bandwidth under the premise of the same design structure.This thesis first introduces the research background and development status of flexible forwarding field.Secondly,according to the specific requirements of flexible forwarding and efficient exchange,combined with the project hardware platform,the overall structure of flexible switching system is proposed,and the data interface and control interface of flexible switching system and digital channelizer are defined.Then,the design method and implementation structure of the flexible switching unit are introduced.The flexible switching has 16 ports,384 subchannels per port.It can support switching between 6144 subchannels,support the switch of broadcast and multicast services.Following that,the design and implementation of the subband switching control unit are presented.The implementation of the communication protocol between the digital channel configuration management software and the FPGA and the configuration management module is introduced in detail.The configuration management module supports the configuration,deletion and inquiry of the router table.At last,based on the function simulation of the main module of the flexible switching system,the flexible switching system and the digital channelizer unit are systematically tested,and the problems and solutions encountered in the joint testing process are summarized.The results of the joint test show that the flexible switching system work well and all of the desired research targets are achieved.
