In recent years,with the development of information technology,mobile healthcare has become the focus of attention of people.While mobile medical applications are popular in major media in the era of “Internet +,” mobile healthcare is becoming hotter and hotter and attracts increasing interests from hospitals and researchers.To improve the single service models of hospitals,some hospitals,medical institutions,and Internet companies are actively exploring a more mature service model.Based on the analysis of the status of modern medical information and the trend of mobile medical development at home and abroad,this thesis firstly designs and realizes a mobile medical application system,and then uses load balancing technology to study the high concurrent problems in the mobile medical application system.The main contents include:(1)Many existing mobile medical products only provide some simple functions and fail to consider the connection between the system and practical hospital information.In view of this,this thesis realizes the mobile medical application system based on the existing hospital information to meet the demand of users.By investigating the users' requirements from the aspects of functions,security,and performance,the APP system is designed and developed based on the practical medical procedures.The user survey shows the mobile medical application system can satisfy the medical requirements of most users with clear functions and easy operations.(2)With the increasing growth of users of mobile medical APP system,the simple load balancing algorithms fail to handle the high concurrency problem.Therefore,this thesis improves the existing load balancing algorithm running at the server in the mobile hospital system.A load balancing model is formulated by analyzing the foraging behavior of fruit flies.By combining with the taste search and visual search in fruit fly optimization algorithm,this thesis presents a load balancing optimization algorithm based on the fruit fly optimization algorithm(FOA).Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the response speed and reduce system unbalance degree compared with common load balancing algorithms.In summary,this thesis studies the current status of mobile medical development both at home and abroad,designs and realizes a mobile medical application system connecting with the medical information system to meet the medical demands of users.Also,a load balancing algorithm based on FOA is proposed based on the study of load balancing problem and FOA,which effectively reduces the maximum response time and system unbalance,and thus solves the high concurrency problem in the developed APP system.
