In home networks,demand of information technology is huge.Many organizations and researchers have done a lot of home networking research,including definition,network architecture,home gateway,service and so on.With the development of home networking technology,service in home networks have become increasingly diverse,innovative and convenient.So,there is an urgent problem should be solved that is how to measure quality of service in home networks more accurately according to user experience.At the same time,terminal equipment in home networks also exhibit a diverse and intelligent features.However,limited to the disunity of transmission technical standards,to some extent,it restricts the flexible and diverse interaction between the smart remote control and intelligent terminal.So,people are increasingly concerned about multi-radio access selection to meet the growing service needs.This paper will focus on these two fundamental issues in home networks,and do some research.This paper firstly studies the basic concepts of the home networks,including definition,architecture and service.About how to measure the quality of service,QoE is the best method to be choose.It will firstly introduce the basic concepts and knowledge of QoE,including definition and influencing factors.And then it will analyze existing QoE evaluation methods and models.On the basic research,this paper selects IPTV the typical service in home networks as the example to show how to evaluate QoE in home networks and establish the home networking QoE evaluation system.This system uses BP neural network model to fit the nonlinear relationship between QoE metrics and QoE values,and it can obtain a high QoE evaluation accuracy rate.But this system has poor stability and local characteristic.So this paper presents an improved BP neural network model which use genetic algorithm to optimize BP neural network.The simulation results show that the improved system can obtain higher stability and QoE measurement accuracy rating.On how to achieve multi-radio access selection between smart remote control and intelligent terminal in home networks,this paper firstly studies the basic concept of multi-radio access selection and existing multi-radio access selection algorithm.Existing multi-radio access options and algorithm are almost applied in heterogeneous networks.The research of multi-radio access selection in home networks is poor.So,this paper combines the characteristics of home networks and the existing multi-radio access selection algorithm and then presents a multi-radio access selection system in home networks.This system use a fuzzy AHP algorithm which combines fuzzy analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process,so that it can make the multi-radio access selection which decided by multiple factors more scientific.The fuzzy AHP algorithm consider the features of service,short-distance wireless communication technology and user in home networks.Simulation results show that the theoretical results of the fuzzy AHP algorithm is compatible with the subjective prejudge in practical application.The fuzzy AHP algorithm is suitable for multi-radio access selection in home networks.
