Since the performance of the single processor does not follow the Moore's Law, researchers pay attention to Multi-Core DSP development. The number of cores in processor grows rapidly because of the advance and breakthrough in Multi-Core technique. How to use the great powerful parallel computational ability is a big problem which needs an effective Multi-Core parallel task scheduling technique. Multi-Core parallel task scheduling techniques are proven valid in many fields, such as Computer System, Big Data, Grid Computing. This thesis emphasizes on the research of Multi-Core parallism task scheduling technique in wireless signal processing. Because both GSM and LTE are very successful business systems, this thesis proposes design and implement of Multi-Core DSP schemes for both systems'wireless signal processing on the basis of the research of Multi-Core parallism task scheduling technique. The main jobs can summarize as follows:First, this thesis analyzes task model and Mutil-Core model of task scheduling model. They are DAG(Directed Acyclic Graph) model and Multi-Core DSP platform MSC8157 respectively which provides good models for the research of parallel task scheduling technique.Second, this thesis does a research of unconstrained scheduling algorithms. According to task properties, it investigates in three aspects:stateless task scheduling, dynamic scheduling of considering the task number, dynamic scheduling of considering the task number and the execution time. It improves the scheduling technique by combining the characteristics of Multi-Core DSP platform MSC8157 and the characteristics of GSM system's wireless signal processing tasks. This thesis proposes design and implement of Multi-Core DSP schemes for GSM system's wireless signal processing, elaborates the Multi-Core resource maintenance and tasks state maintenance, finally validates the scheme using the unconstrained scheduling algorithms.Third, this thesis does a research of constrained scheduling algorithms including the heuristic based scheduling algorithms and guided random search based scheduling algorithms. According to the characteristics of LTE system's wireless signal processing tasks, it emphasizes on the research of the principle of HEFT(Heterogeneous Earliest Finish Time) and CPOP(Critical Path On a Processor) which are list scheduling heuristics scheduling algorithms. By considering their advantages it improves the scheduling technique in two aspects:insertion based strategy and CPN optimization. This thesis proposes design and implement of Multi-Core DSP schemes for LTE system's wireless signal processing, emphasizes on how to combine the constrained scheduling algorithms with Multi-Core platform, finally implements the Multi-Core scheme of LTE Physical Uplink Shared Channel.
