Design And Development Of Internet News Monitoring System

With the rapid development of computer and information science technology,the Internet as a new media which is replacing the traditional media,such as newspaper and television to become the main means of access to news.News and remarks in the Internet has gradually become the important object of the research of the network public opinion,and provide a lot of valuable information to the enterprise and the government's decision-making and public opinion guidance.In order to carry out the research of Internet public opinion based on Internet news,and fully mine the public opinion information in the Internet news,this paper designs and implements a practical system for public opinion monitoring with the news on Internet.It provides a necessary research tools for the network public opinion researchers to monitor and analyze the public opinion information in the Internet news.First,this paper introduces the background and significance of designing and developing Internet news monitoring system,and briefly describes the current research status and results of domestic and foreign.Then,this paper describes related technologies of designing and developing of Internet news monitoring system,including web crawler technology,information retrieval technology,text classification technology and web development technology.Then,to solve the practical problems encountered in the designing and developing of Internet news monitoring system,this paper proposed a method of crawling remarks by using Dynamic Frequency Control Algorithm Based On Hit Rate and a method of improving the accuracy of text classification by using Blended Feature Selection Method.Next,according to the requirements of the Internet news monitoring system functionally and in performance,this paper presents a detailed system design scheme,in which the system is divided into three subsystems,which are Internet news collection,data analysis and results presenting.Finally,this paper realizes the system according to the design,and introduces the system realization process and the final success.
