With the evolution of mobile communication technology,popularity of 4G technology,data transmission speed continues to increase.Correspondingly,the data traffic grows dramatically.This poses a challenge to communications operators,after the deployment of a mobile communication network construction,adjusting and optimizing the network with the characteristics of data traffic becomes more important.The subject of this paper involved relies on Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd.cooperation project,the purpose is to analyze and model user traffic behaviors from both temporal and spatial aspects basing on the Measurement Report(MR)information.The main content of this paper include:1.a grid based adaptive clustering algorithm.The algorithm combines advantages of density clustering and grid clustering algorithm.It can discover clusters of arbitrary shape and it's not sensitive to noise.With the steps of grid dividing processing,it reduces the time complexity greatly,thereby making the algorithm is suitable for clustering analysis of large data sets.2.The mobile network traffic spatial modeling.Observe hotspots of user distribution by spatial clustering on Measurement Report(MR)via DBSCAN algorithm and grid based adaptive clustering algorithm.3.The mobile network traffic temporal modeling.Build a user communication behavior indicators based on Measurement Report(MR)and classify users accordingly to obtain data sequences of different user behavior;and then build mobile network traffic temporal model based on the data sequences of different classes of users.
