The use of mobile communication users growing, this trend greatly promoted the advancement and innovation of related technologies. In order to meet the needs of more and more users of the communication, in the field of wireless communications using a variety of communication standards and modulation. It is precisely because of this, resulting in the wireless environment in the spectrum of resources become very tense, and there will be a variety of modulation exist at the same time, the quality of our communications have caused a great test. In order to effectively improve and solve this problem, take effective measures to monitor the spectrum becomes very urgent. So this paper studies and studies common signal recognition algorithms, and proposes a blind identification algorithm based on cyclic spectrum and a frequency offset estimation algorithm which can cope with the real environment. In this paper, the following contents are introduced: 1) Firstly, the origin and purpose of the study are introduced, and the reason of using cyclic spectrum in this paper is explained. 2) The theory of cyclic spectrum and its common properties and application fields are introduced. 3) A blind identification algorithm based on cyclic spectrum is proposed and compared with the neural network method to verify its recognition performance. 4) For the common two frequency offset estimation algorithms are introduced and compared, and in order to compensate for both can not work under low signal to noise ratio of the problem, proposed based on cyclic spectrum frequency offset estimation algorithm.
