In view of the fact that traditional way of identification has many shortcomings, biometric identification technology attracts more and more attention because of its safety and convenience now. With the rapid development of mobile Internet and the rapid popularization of mobile terminals, more people are eager to improve their lives through mobile Internet technology, and experience the information life, to achieve intelligent home. In this context, this paper designed an iris recognition system, which meets the basic iris unlock function, it also incorporates mobile Internet technology. The user can control the iris door lock through our APP whenever and wherever possible in remote places.The development of the whole iris recognition system divides into three parts of the work, namely the development of the iris door lock device, server-side development and mobile terminal APP development.The terminal side of the iris door lock device is the main body of the development, all the basic functions are realized in the door lock; the server allows the user to operate the door lock remotely; the mobile terminal helps the user through the visual interface to complete the operation of the door lock. This article mainly completes the requirement analysis, development and maintenance of server-side functions and the Android APP functions' development.This paper first introduces the concept of biometrics and intelligent home, and discusses their research status. On this basis, this paper discusses the key technologies and development tools needed for iris recognition system development. In Chapter 3, a detailed analysis of the requirements of the iris recognition system is made. Then, the overall design framework is given, and the functional architecture of the server and the Android APP is designed respectively. The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter focus on the server-side and Android APP's development work and specific technical details, and completes debugging work of the entire project. Finally, the development of iris recognition system of this paper is summarized and the future of iris recognition system in intelligent home is forecasted. Overall, this door lock creates a safe and convenient intelligent security system for people's lives.
