At present, the development of civil aviation in China is very fast, and there have been a lot of medium-sized airports. As the number of flights within the airport growth rate accelerated, the size of the existing airport continues to expand and the business continues to increase. Each airport must have large-scale operation ability.On the other hand, they should adjust the compatibility of different sub systems. Civil aviation information construction in China's early lack of unity in the process of the construction of information communication system, usually causing the system to update, the information interactive module for duplication of development, resulting in a large number of information island, half island. Even the change of any subsystem will affect the whole system's embarrassing situation, which makes the system upgrade, the cost of business expansion is not acceptable. So it greatly limits the development of China's civil aviation industry.In order to solve the compatibility of different subsystems in the distributed system so that the system has better expansibility and reusability. The subject of civil aviation airport to abandon the traditional database as the underlying information exchange subsystem, and use the middleware which can eliminate the operating system, database, middleware network to realize the message communication between different sub systems from different vendors.Based on the research of message oriented middleware, the page use the open source ActiveMQ message middleware based on JMS specification. And combined with the application of production operation system of Weihai International Airport upgrade project to do a deep study of it. In order to solve the problem that the timing of AcitveMQ is difficult to be strictly guaranteed, I put forward a new scheme. The main work of the project is to upgrade, transform and expand the production and operation system of Weihai International Airport. On one hand, ActiveMQ is used as the bottom information exchange module. On the other hand, using a new way to ensure the timing of ActiveMQ message communication, and finally design a monitoring alarm module to monitor the ActiveMQ message queue.
