Because of the rich expression and universality,gesture can be used as an effective means to the interaction between human and computer.It also has a great potential value in the application to the field of entertainment,education,mechanical control etc.In the development of gesture interaction,the computer gesture recognition technology has developed from the initial contact sensor technology to the vision based on hand recognition technology,which enables hands to be more flexible and comfortable.Ideal gesture recognition based on vision which is now in the stage of development,has the following characteristics:universality,good user experience,and flexibility.For the introduction part,this paper focuses on the analysis of the development status of gesture recognition.In the body part,it introduces the current mature motion capture equipment,including Leep Motion sensor which is the main focus of the paper.Then the working principle of Leap Motion,and the principle of binocular stereo vision technology are also analyzed.According to the analysis of the hand data provided by Leap Motion,this paper analyzes the gesture recognition by selecting the information which is more accurate,distinctive,and has obvious hand features.The paper then centers on the research of gesture formation,analysis of the component and structure characteristics of hand,and handjoint restrictions,in order to simplify the following gesture division.By the study of gesture recognition method of computer,the Leap Motion gesture recognition method based on finger state is finally put forward.It then concentrates on designing the electric spindle display interactive system based on Leap Motion gesture recognition.And the model structure and the transition state of the interactive system are analyzed in detail.The hand data detected by Leap Motion is used to classify the hand gestures in the Interactive system so as to control the interactive process of the system.Meanwhile,the experiment is designed to test the effectiveness of the gesture control process of the electric spindle display interactive system,analyze the effectiveness of the interactive system and to test the effectiveness of the gesture recognition of Leap Motion.
