Interference management technology in ultra-dense network (UDN)is one of the hot research focuses in future development of 5G network. And the characteristics of UDN brings advantages, however it also inevitably brings some problems. For example, the interference problem in UDN will become more complex and diverse. Therefore, to improve the overall system performance, the interference problem should be solved. How to effectively manage the interference in UDN is the focus of this paper. At present, many interference management techniques are available, such as interference randomly elimination, interference coordination technology, multi-point collaboration technology, etc. In traditional cellular networks, these typical technologies can achieve effectively interference management. However, there are some differences in the network topology, access point deployment and application scenarios in UDN. Therefore, the current interference management technology cannot be directly applied to UDN. In this paper, cluster model and the non-cooperative game theory model are introduced in the consideration of frequency reuse and power control. And a frequency reuse mechanism based on Chameleon algorithm and a power control mechanism based on non-cooperative game theory is proposed. In this paper, the main works are as follows:Firstly, the frequency reuse mechanism based on Chameleon clustering algorithm is proposed. At the beginning, main factors that influence the interference in UDN are analyzed. Then, taking the influence of geographical position and regional throughput into account, the cluster model based on regional traffic prediction is established, and the model is optimized by the system throughput. Then the Chameleon algorithm is to merge the cluster in which access points are randomly deployed. Finally, based on the frequency reuse mechanism, the effective management of interference is achieved according to the dynamic allocation of frequency. At last, simulation results also show that the proposed mechanism can effectively reduce the interference in the system and improve the throughput of the system.Secondly, the power control technology based on non-cooperative game theory is proposed. At first, the characteristics of power control in the application of interference management are analyzed, and the feasibility of the power control in UDN is explained. Then, the power control problem is modeled. The proposed model aims at optimizing the overall system throughput, while guaranteeing the communication quality of the system. Finally, the power control technology based on non-cooperative game theory is put forward. The simulation results show that the power of the access point is on the basis of ensuring the quality of communication, and the interference of the access point to the others is minimized.
