One of the topics on the operation of the network system is the management of the fault, which attracts the experts. Almost all of the management of the network fault is aimed at the radio network. There are three steps to deal with the network fault, fault detection, diagnosis and fault recovery.Fault detection is used when the fault happens and needs to be detected.Diagnosis is used to discover the reason of the fault. Fault recovery is the solution to recover or optimize the performance of the network.First, the information on the interface of Uu is collected through the LTE network. There is a lot of signaling information among the data, which contains plenty of information from different base stations and different users. The variables, which make the network in a wrong order, would be discovered by the analysis of the signaling data. With the standard of the transmission of data, the key performance indicators can be computed. These are the data which are needed by the Naive Bayes Model. The data are stored in the database. This is a new way to analyze data by using signaling. Also, it is an easy way to deal with data. Then, by the knowledge and experience of the experts can the relation between the reasons and the key performance indicators be summarized. The relationship would be written in the table, then it can be put into the database.This topic is aimed at the study of the signaling information, in order to find the way of the information transmission. The study needs to be analyzed.By using the Naive Bayes Model can the data given by the experts be put into the model as input. Through the train of the model, a correct classifier can be given. When there is a new fault happens through the network, the key performance indicators of the situation would be computed. By putting the key performance indicators into the model can the reason of the fault be got. Then the way to recover or optimize the performance of the network will be considered. In this paper, the key performance indicators contain the successful ratio of the connection of RRC. Through the analysis on the change of the key performance indicators, the reason, such as lack of coverage, will be discovered.The way to recover the fault is also discussed in this paper. Using Naive Bayes Model to solve the fault in the network is totally a new idea, and it will be proved in this paper in detail.As the way to diagnose the fault is done by the experts, who need to go to the scene to find the fault, and they often do the same things again and again for same fault often happens at different places and at different time. This costs a lot of time and money. The operation which is done by the experts is inefficient. In order to deal with this task, an automatic way to solve the problem is provided in this paper. By using this way can the network fault be discovered and recovered in time. This improves the experience of the users and save the money on operation.
