Wireless sensor network is a typical multi-hop wireless networks,because of its rapid deployment, flexible networking, low cost, dynamic self-organization, it has been widely concerned. Its application scenarios are also widely used in various fields, such as military, architecture and medical. However, with the rapid development of Internet of things,vehicle networking, smart city and other related fields, higher requirements on the traditional wireless sensor network are put forward. The traditional network architecture has been difficult to satisfy the communication efficiency of the large amount of data and compatibility requirements according to the different application service.In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional sensor network, we introduced the concept of software defined network, adopting the idea of centralized control to realize the separation of numerical plane and control plane. Begin by obtaining topology and other global multi-dimension information, and then calculate the global optimal routing strategy. Next through the way of distributing flow control to control all sensor nodes in the network, which can facilitate the realization load balancing.The work done in this paper is as follows:1 We comprehensively analyzed and studied the related technology of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) and Software Defined Network (SDN).By combining SDN architecture and the traditional WSN architecture, we proposed a new architecture of wireless sensor network based on SDN-Software Defined Wireless Sensor Network (SDWSN).2 We put forward the design of network flow in Wireless Sensor Network based on SDN, including topology discovery, flow table creation,flow table distribution and topology maintenance, and set up the experimental platform for network testing.3 In order to solve the energy problem of wireless sensor network, we proposed an energy efficiency routing algorithm based on multi-energy-space under SDWSN, and compared the performance between the proposed routing algorithm and traditional routing algorithms using the MATLAB simulation platform.
