Research And Design Of Information Management System Of Base Station Selection Based On Credit Scoring

In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile Internet, base station selection is becoming increasingly important in the field of communication. At the same time, with the separation of network operation and service provision reform in domestic telecommunication industry, the base station selection will be faced with unified management of the work of base station selection and the staff of selectors, along with a large number of selector information. In the new situation, it is difficult to ensure the credit ability of the selectors, and the base station lacks the appropriate information exchange platform, the traditional selection model is no longer applicable. So how to more efficiently assign selectors from a large number of selectors and improve the efficiency of base station selection is of great significance.This paper analyzs and studies the information management system of base station selection, and then designs the overall structure of the system, and designed the corresponding modules for the core of the system and the corresponding modules are designed and designed accordingly, and further studies and designs the corresponding credit scoring model, including studying the credit characteristics of selector,and proposing a new Fuzzy SVM based on FCM data mining algorithm used to model the credit scoring model. Combined with system implementation and verification, this paper has completed the objective of the research and design of information management system of base station selection based on credit scoring.Firstly, this paper summarizes the background and significance of the topic. Secondly, this paper studies and analyzes the information management system of base station selection, and summarizes the related key technologies. Thirdly, this paper presents a detailed design scheme of information management system of base station selection, including the information management module of the system and the credit scoring module used to solve the credit problem of the selectors. Then, this paper studies and analyzes the credit scoring model in the credit scoring module,and studies and designs the credit characteristics of selector, and focuses on the study of the support vector machine (SVM), and then proposes a new Fuzzy SVM based on FCM data mining algorithm, through the simulation to verify the improved performance of the algorithm. Finally,the paper implements and validates the information management system of base station selection based on credit scoring.The simulation result of the algorithms and the implementation and verification of the system show the feasibility and validity of the scheme of introducing the credit scoring model in the base station selection system.
