The rapid development of mobile Internet greatly helps the mobile cloud computing industry to get more mature.The major Internet ASPs(Application Service Provider)are developing a number of OTT(Over The Top)applications using cloud computing technologies.With the growth of OTT services,carriers are gradually becoming "pipeline" with low profit.At the same time,the expensive service,short continuous using time of terminal equipment and other issues are plaguing the end users.In this context,how to form an all-win relationship among end users,ASPs and carriers has become a popular topic of the industry.In this thesis,base stations and other network elements in the LTE network are optimized using cloud computing technologies to enhance supporting capabilities of these devices for Internet applications.Through the analysis of mobile cloud computing and cloud platforms of carriers,some shortcomings have been found.And a new technical solution is presented in this paper,including a new mobile cloud computing service model called MaaIO(Mobile as an Input/Output),a new access network equipment called MVU(Mobile Virtualization Unit)and an integration cloud platform called FCP(Fusion Cloud Platform).The technical solutions have implemented "Unloading" of the computing tasks and"Moving down" of the network services,which are integrated in the access network to enrich the "pipe" functions.This technical solution could turn the position of carriers from the edge to the core,thereby to establish a healthy environment that all parties could be satisfied.Firstly,the object and scope of the study in this paper are specified,and some background technologies are introduced.The existing technical solutions of mobile cloud computing service models have been investigated and the cloud platforms of ASPs and carriers have been analyzed.Then,requirement analysis and the problems which technical solutions are proposed to solve are illustrated.Secondly,the design of technical solutions is introduced in detail.In the end,the technical solutions are evaluated and its advantages have been summarized.
