With the increasing cost of labor force in our country, the demand for automation equipment, especially industrial robots, will increase year by year. China's manufacturing industry needs to seize the opportunity and challenge of the industrial robot industry, in the fierce competition of the global manufacturing industry.Based on the working principle, structure analysis and stress analysis of the robot,the dynamic model of the robot is established by Newton's Euler method and Lagrange method, and make a comparison about them. Then use the MATLAB program to solve the dynamic mechanics model,get the force of key parts of the robot movement process with posture change;based on the results of dynamic calculation, the dynamic stiffness model of the robot is established by the stiffness superposition method; the practical user interface of industrial robot dynamics parameters and dynamic stiffness was designed using the graphical user interface in MATLAB.
