The insufficient bandwidth of the global wireless carrier has stimulated the exploration of the future broadband cellular communication with the use of the spectrum in the future. However, the theory of high frequency wide band radio wave propagation in short distance and outdoor environment is not mature enough.Access to this information is important for the design and operation of the future fifth generation mobile networks. In this paper, the basic communication mechanism of wireless mobile communication is introduced, and the characteristics and application scenarios of the traditional large scale outdoor channel model are reviewed. Then, this paper analyzes the transmission model of wireless mobile channel in theory, which contains a lot of formula derivation, which is the theoretical basis of the channel model. It is very important to study the propagation characteristics of high frequency band and ultra wideband channel in different application scenarios. For the 15GHz frequency band which has not been widely used in fixed point communication,a frequency domain testing system based on vector network analyzer is used to measure the channel transfer function in a typical scenario. In this paper, the structure and parameters of the channel detection system are described, and the extraction process of the channel parameters such as path loss, power delay spectrum, delay spread and so on.In this paper, based on the traditional radio wave propagation model,a time frequency statistical channel model is constructed, which is based on a large office room, building corridor, railway station, etc.Channel detection results show that the visual range and reflection path are more dominant than the scattering path because of the weak reverberation in the propagation of the scene. The construction steps of the channel model are described, and the validity of the channel model is verified by comparing the output and measurement results. The developed channel model needs to be verified by the measurement channel,to confirm the results are consistent. The verification is carried out by comparing the measured path loss and the mean square delay spread of the channel model.Because these parameters are not used in the channel model, they are more reasonable to evaluate the measurement results and the consistency of the model results.
