The application of pipeline transportation in the city construction and industrial production gradually increased, but the pipeline within the harsh environment and narrow space is not conducive to staff work, therefore, in order to ensure the maintenance of the pipeline and operation smoothly, the development of a wide range of applications with the pipeline inspection robot system with market demand instead of artificial homework is very necessary.This topic is carried out under the assistance of Aerospace Science and technology intelligent robot Co. Based on the analysis of kinematics and dynamics modeling of the pipeline robot, put forward the optimized design scheme and combined with the existing sensors and control technology to complete the whole pipeline robot system. The pipeline robot can carry a larger load to achieve horizontal and vertical movement, and the pipeline internal inspection and other operations. The research contents of this paper are as follows:First, fully understand the operating conditions and technical parameters of pipeline inspection robot. The dynamic and kinematical analysis of the research object is carried out, and the load capacity and curve passing ability are studied.According to the defects found in the study, an effective optimization design scheme is proposed and verified.Then, according to the application requirements of pipeline inspection robot system, the research and design of inspection system and remote control terminal are completed. Combined with the overall parameters of the pipeline inspection robot to complete the selection of control system, control circuit design and upper and lower computer software development.Finally, according to the existing conditions to build the experimental platform to complete the performance test of the pipeline robot system, and the experimental results are analyzed to verify the effectiveness and correctness of the robot system.
