With the rapid development of the information age and mobile communication technology,the multimedia service as an indispensable part of information construction has become the main part of communication system gradually.In the context of social demands for the quality of multimedia data service,how to reduce the energy loss under the premise of providing a wider bandwidth,greater capacity and higher quality of service mobile communication system is the inevitable trend of future mobile communication network development.The multimedia video service transmission in the mobile communication system is mainly based on the goal of minimizing the average power of the system,and in the radio resource management including the user scheduling and power allocation mechanism are intensively studied.Assuming that the mobile user has a play buffer queue to store multimedia video packets,the user's quality of service are described as the probability that the user's buffer queue becomes empty according to the queue theory.Under the premise of guaranteeing the service quality of service of the multimedia video in user terminal,considering the playback queue status information and the dynamic change characteristics of the wireless transmission channel,the problem of user scheduling and power allocation in the system transmission control problem is modeled the constrained Markov decision process.We proposed an online learning user scheduling and power control algorithm to solve the problem with the parameters of wireless transmission channel is unknown in the communication system,and the goal of user scheduling and power resource optimization is realized.According to the simulation results,it can be verified that the proposed resource optimization algorithm is superior to the traditional method in improving the overall performance of the system.In addition,in the actual mobile communication system,the deployment of relay equipment improves the user's quality of service,and the study of wireless relay system transmission technology is also essential.Therefore,we further studies the introduction of the buffer-aided relay system with the premise of transmitting the multimedia video service in the mobile communication system.We use the queue theory to describe the quality of service in user terminal as the probability of the play buffer queue becoming empty.Under the premise of guaranteeing the quality of service the multimedia video,the buffer-aided relay system selects the receiving link and the sending link according to the competition criterion and adjusts the transmission rate adaptively according to the instantaneous state information and the queue state information of the wireless channel.Here the transmission link selection problem and the data transfer rate control problem of the relay system are modeled as the constrained Markov decision process in guaranteeing the quality of service.The objective function is solved by the online learning algorithm and the random approximation approach,In order to achieve the proposed energy-efficient transmission algorithm.Through simulation verification and comparative analysis,our algorithm improves the system transmission rate and energy efficiency...
