Design And Implementation Of The Corpus Based On Book From The Ground

In the trend of globalization,human connections are becoming increasingly close and the different languages across the world have proven to be a significant obstacle to the globalization.Mr.Xu Bing's book named Book from the Ground is written by collecting signs around the world with the ideal of common language.It indicates that mankind has entered the era of graphical interpretation which provides insight that people need the global village language that is easy to understand.The study of corpus is the basis of computational linguistics.This thesis intends to build the corpus of Book from the Ground by studying the word segmentation,the minimum vocabulary,the grammar rules and so on.The main work of this thesis includes the following aspects.1.Defines and classifies the words of the Book from the Ground.2.Summarizes the minimum amount of daily communication vocabulary to study word segmentation of the Book from the Ground.3.Works out the grammar rules of Book from the Ground which uses the conversion generate grammar.4.Designs and implements the corpus prototype system of Book from the Ground,and tests the system to assure the availability of it.The corpus of Book from the Ground has achieved the graph retrieval which facilitates the user's study on the Book from the Ground.It has great significance to realize the ideal of common language that promote the exploration of the Global Village Language.
