With the.popularization of educational information,postgraduate guidance system emerged in postgraduate education.It is one of the most important ways to improve research ability by providing abundant learning resources and convenient interaction.It not only provides independent learning platform for postgraduates,but also carries out communication about scientific research for mentors.In the big data environment,it's difficult for postgraduates to achieve the required learning resources from mass learning resources.At the same time,it's difficult to guarantee the diversity of learning resources.How to help postgraduates find the necessary resources,and expand research points from several aspects.In other words,how to establish a postgraduate guidance system has become the main content in which this dissertation explore and research.This dissertation first carries out the research on the weighted Slope One collaborative filtering algorithm.On the one hand,we integrate the user similarity algorithm into it to enhance the impact of users with high similarity on the recommendation results.On the other hand,we integrate the time-weighted algorithm into it to reduce the influence of earlier score on prediction score.According to the postgraduates' interests,we can predict the postgraduates' score of learning resources and get the recommended list,the matched learning resources are recommended automatically to postgraduates.Then,we use information aggregation technology in order to build the learning resource aggregation model,which is based on six topics.It's can expand the breadth of postgraduate for subsequent research.In this model,we use the web crawler technology which can storage the learning resources automatically,it can reduce the workload of manually uploading learning resources.At the same time,we use Tower to improve the work efficiency of research team,and strengthen the management of postgraduates' research tasks.Based on the above theoretical research,we design and implement the postgraduate guidance system,which is based on the MVC design pattern,Java,MySQL database and Tomcat server.It includes five functional modules:resources,actual combat,plan,discuss and weekly.Simulation results demonstrate that compared with traditional weighted Slope One algorithm,this algorithm can improve the quality of the recommended resources.
