Sensitive detection of protein and nucleic acid is very important for disease diagnosis,drug screening,pathological study and food safety.Recently,due to its characteristics of fast detection,simple operation and don't need precious equipment,chromatography strip is widely used in the detection of pathogenic factor,bacteria and toxins.But the low sensitivity is always a problem.So different labels,such as nano materials,fluorescence and quantum dots are used to improve the sensitivity.The main content of this thesis is detailed in the following:Firstly,a carbon nanotube labeled lateral flow immunosenseor was successfully demonstrated for quantitative detection of rabbit IgG.Under optimized conditions,there is a good linear relationship at 0.1?2ng/ml,the LOD was as low as 0.1ng/mL.Moreover,the immnosensor shows a high reproducibility and specificity.Secondly,a carbon nanotube labeled lateral flow biosenseor was successfully demonstrated for quantitative DNA detection.Under optimized conditions,there is a good linear relationship at 0?1nM,and the LOD was as low as 0.04nM.Moreover,the strip shows a high reproducibility and specificity.
