Movie Review Emotional Polarity Classification And Commentary Public Opinion Evolution Analysis Based On Chinese Microblog

With the advent of Microblog 2.0 era,internet technology has been rapid development,in the process of the emergence of many online social networking platform,such as domestic and foreign Sina microblog,Tencent microblog,Twitter,Face Book,etc.,the emergence of these social networks continue to change the way of people life.Microblog because of its strong influence and penetration,more and more people like to publish microblog movie comments.The movie review in microblog is a real-time way of expression for user to evaluate movie,in order to express their own feelings for the movie,the emotional polarity classification and the overall topic analysis based on these evaluate information,not only Help the audience for the movie's decision-making,choose their favorite movies,but also conducive producer to timely access to the movie for the movie's response,so as to adjust the corresponding marketing strategy to guide the direction of the movie public opinion,in order to improve the movie's box office Results.And the movie commentary in microblog,daily update large,timely strong,it has important value for movie marketing.The movie comments in microblog and the traditional movie reviews are very different,which theme more,short length,and the language is more casual,emotional expression is also diverse,and it is very different from the traditional movie reviews.Therefore,according to the characteristics of microblog movie commentary,this thesis has carried on the related research to its emotion polarity classification and the evaluation theme,the research content is as follows:(1)In this thesis,an improved PMI-IR model is proposed to classify the emotional polarity of Chinese microblog movie reviews.This improved model is called PMI-IR-II.This thesis mainly improves from the following three aspects: First,in the extraction of the phrase mode,this thesis proposes a new pattern of phrase extraction,to more adapt to the characteristics of microblog text.Then,in the selection of the reference word,this thesis manually selected six in the field of movie comments with high frequency and has obvious emotional tendencies as emotional reference words,select multiple reference words is to eliminate the possible errors witch a single reference word may take.Finally,based on the characteristics of microblog and the characteristics of Chinese language,this thesis explores the methods of calculating the emotional value in the Chinese language environment such as degree adverbs,negative sentences,adversative,comparative sentences and interrogative sentences.Finally,The corrected average emotional value of the review text determines the emotional polarity of the movie comment.(2)The theme and theme of emotional evolution analysis on microblog movie comment,This chapter is mainly from the overall of microblog movie reviews to analysis the emotional polarity and theme,aim to the different period of the movie comments of a movie.In this thesis,an improved emotion topic BJST model is proposed,which is an improvement of the emotional subject model on JST.On the basis of JST,the concept of word pairs is introduced to alleviate the sparseness of short texts and enhance the polysemy understanding.And then this thesis make an experimental analysis for microblog movie reviews in different time periods.This method can be used to analyze the theme and emotion in different time series,and to predict the theme intensity and the theme emotional changes trend of each theme in different time according to the time,so as to judge the evolution trend of the public opinion of the movie.
