Design And Implement Of Community Mobile Policing System

The traditional operation of community policing is inefficient.First,all policemen need to go the police room,get the notice and related requirements from the municipal bureau and the County Bureau through computer,and go to the community to investigate.This kind of working method has the problems like receiving work time-consuming and laboriously,record work logs complicatedly and complexly,command and feedback lagging poorly,and the backward of supervision and evaluation and others.At present,with the development of mobile computing and the popularity of smart phones,the software system based on mobile phone platform make it possible to improve the efficiency of community policing.This thesis designs and exploits a mobile community policing system based on the present situation and practical needs of community policing management in Xinghuaying of Kaifeng city.The main users of the system include two groups: one is the leader of the Public Security Branch,the other is the grassroots police.The system provides the first group with the function of task releasing,task completion status and grassroots police work logs view,for the second group,we provides the function of task adopted,update the task completion state,submit personal logs,query housing information and other functionality.To achieve these,the system consists of four modules: basic management,police information,working log and supervision and assessment.The basic management module realizes the information inquiry based on QR code.In addition,it can add the housing information,modify the housing and personal information.The police information module realizes the release of the task,the query of the tasks which have been sent,as well as the basic police's inquiry function of the receiving tasks.The working log module realizes the submission and management of grassroots police working logs submitted and managed,which includes seven types of logs: investigation,security patrols,police propaganda,supervision and inspection,conflict resolution,intelligence information,service for the people.There also have personal log classification and delete functions.The supervisory and evaluation module realizes the grassroots police work effective supervision and assessment,including view community police,village police area,task appraisal and work track record.The Community mobile policing system has been developed and delivered,which improves the efficiency of the community police and village police to some extent.System application ensure the civilian police record,revise and upload the work schedule in time,and spend shorter time on dealing with community work.Consequently,through establishing a convenient working system for civilian police,it will help construct a good family environment.
