With the further promotion of the electric vehicles,the number of charging piles are growing,increases the power grid load,reduce the safety of power grid,and even cause higher load factor of power equipment,which can make accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to effectively guide and control the electric vehicles charging cluster behavior,carry on the demand side management.Demand response is an important technical means of demand side management,used to increase the user’s participation in power grid peak shaving.Electricity users can transfer part of the power load by adjusting the power mode,to respond to the incentive signals of Power Grid Corp.which would reduce the power load of the power grid,and the cost of electricity,so as to realize the optimization of the power system and the optimization of the system resources.Recommendation plays a more and more important role in many applications such as electronic commerce,video,news and so on.Considering the response from the smart grid needs and the charging habits of users,it would guiding the users’ charging behavior through recommendation,not only can change the user’s consumption behavior according to the price signal or incentive me chanism to protect the power grid load balance,but also can provide personalized charging sites recommended for users to improve the user experience.This paper puts forward an Intelligent Recommendation model of based on the particularity of electric vehicles in demand response and characteristics of electric vehicle charging behavior,and verifies the validity of the model.Firstly,introduce the key technology related to the model,including the demand response,collaborative filtering and Mahout framework.Secondly,analysis the demand characteristics of this model.Thirdly,design and validate the intelligent recommendation model,according to the number of charging classify the users,the new and old users to use different recommendation algorithms.Finally,bulid the recommendation model on Mahout,and analysis the results.The model is to ensure the safety of the power network,and realize the intelligent recommendation,based on the analysis of the data of the charging pile operation platform.
