Data hiding is a kind of information technology to embed the secret information into digital media such as text,audio,image and video.Information hiding technology is applied to many fields.The goal of data hiding is to protect secret data because it can avoid the attention of attackers by concealing secret data into the cover media.Data hiding methods consist of the irreversible data hiding algorithm and reversible data hiding algorithm.The irreversible data hiding algorithm which has large hiding capacity,makes it impossible to restore the cover image to the original image,while extracting secret data in the cover image.Reversible data hiding is a special class of data hiding which retrieves the embedded data while recovers the cover media without any distortion.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the reversible information hiding algorithm based on image and video.In this paper,we propose,by studying information hiding based on the digital images and video,the reversible hiding algorithm based on the multiple predicted values of classification and the reversible embedding algorithm based on reversible H264/AVC video,which improve the security of secret information.The research contents are as follows:1?A reversible information hiding algorithm based on multi prediction classification proposed.The paper studies on the multi-predictor to predict the current pixel value.Through the relationship among the predicted maximum value,the predicted minimum value and the current pixel value,the optimal predictive value is determined.The difference between the current pixel value and the optimal prediction value is calculated,and the secret data is embedded according to the index value of the optimal predictive value.This method can extract the embedded information and renew the cover image without any distortion.The experiment results demonstrate that our proposed method outperforms the similar schemes and improves the security of secret information.2?A reversible hiding algorithm based on H264/AVC video proposed.Combined with the H264 coding process,this paper uses the quantized DCT coefficients to embed information.After decoding in part,the numbers of the nonzero coefficients among the first 15 coefficients in every 4x4 block are calculated in the macroblock of ?-frame.The 4×4 blocks which is included in the larger of the numbers of the nonzero coefficients in one macroblock are selected as the embedded region.The algorithm has little influence on the video quality,and it can restore the video without any distortion.
