With the implementation of the strategic plan of "made in China 2025",it is an inevitable trend to apply the emerging technologies such as the Internet of things to the traditional manufacturing industry.Optical fiber manufacturing industry is one of the basic industries in China,the current domestic supply rate of fiber optic cable has more than 90%,large demand.With the Internet of things technology and other new technologies,the development of a set of optical fiber manufacturing workshop monitoring system to improve the production efficiency of optical cable manufacturing plant has important practical value.In this paper,the cable sheath production workshop as the research object,firstly according to the demand of information and function of cable sheath workshop supervision,designed based on the Internet of things perception layer,network layer,application layer monitoring platform,the main function modules of the system.Considering the workshop safety supervision system after the application of radio frequency identification technology,based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used protocol,proposed the RFID lightweight authentication protocol based on hash function,to ensure the safety of access network equipment.At the same time,according to the actual environment and the needs of the optical cable production workshop,the hardware model of RFID tag is given.Secondly,the traditional cable manufacturing workshop on important equipment fault diagnosis based on the lack of prediction,plastic extruding machine as the research subject,the design of particle swarm optimization support vector machine fault diagnosis is based on the MATLAB environment,to achieve the correct classification of the fault bearing and the extruder barrel part of the test sample set.Finally,the structure and access methods are given of the supervision system of the database,realized the supervision system of personnel supervision,equipment supervision,RF RF extruder barrel and a bearing fault diagnosis device,access authentication,production monitoring and management of six functional modules.Can better meet the actual needs of optical cable sheath production workshop.
