Time Division Long Term Evolution(TD-LTE)is a wireless communication standard designed specifically for mobile high-bandwidth applications.In the TD-LTE communication system,often use multi-antenna,dual polarization transmission technology,in order to make full use of space resources,enhance the purpose of communication system capacity.In order to meet the modern communication system on the antenna performance "flexible" needs,polarization reconfigurable antenna came into being.Polarization reconfigurable antenna can change the antenna polarization,increase the scope of application of the antenna,so it has a wide range of applications.In recent years,a variety of structure of the metamaterials continue to emerge,its special electromagnetic properties applied to the antenna design,the mechanical way to make the antenna polarization reconfigurable,thus avoiding the electronically controlled polarization reconfigurable antenna Bias devices bring a variety of problems,simple,easy to implement.At present,the research of ultra-material-loaded polarizable reconfigurable microstrip antennas is very common in the single-polarization mode.Therefore,the study of TD-design and implementation of polycrystalline load polarization resonant dual polarization antenna for LTE communication system.The main work and achievements of this paper can be summarized as follows:According to the theory of microstrip antenna design in TD-LTE band gap coupling dual polarization microstrip patch antenna.On the basis of this,three ultra-material-loaded polarized reconfigurable dual-polarized antennas of TD-LTE band are designed by loading a layer of metamaterials with different structures.The structure and function of these three antennas are:(1)Based on the cross-shaped structure of the metamaterial design of a center frequency of 2.345GHz ultra-material loaded ±45°double-line polarized microstrip antenna,by mechanical rotation of the ultra-material surface can be changed to horizontal/vertical double-line polarization,In order to achieve polarization reconfiguration.(2)A metamaterial-loaded double-circularly polarized microstrip antenna with a center frequency of 2.605GHz was designed based on a square-shaped ultra-material structure.The surface of the metamaterial was rotated by mechanical means to change the antenna to horizontal/vertical double To achieve polarization reconfiguration.(3)Based on the double-sector structure of the metamaterial design of a center frequency of 2.605GHz ultra-material loaded double circularly polarized microstrip antenna,by mechanical rotation of the ultra-material surface can change the antenna to ±45° double-line polarization,Polarization reconfigurable.The design and optimization of the three antennas were carried out by using the electromagnetic simulation software HFSS,and the design and application of the ultra-material loading gap-coupled microstrip antenna were carried out.The results show that the three polarized antennas designed in this paper work in the TD-LTE band,which can realize the expected polarization reconfiguration,and the antenna has good performance in various polarization states,which meets the design requirements.
