Research On The Problems And Countermeasrues Of Digital Document Protection On The Intangible Cultural Heritage In Henan Province

Located in the Central Plains,Henan province has a long history and in the long process of its development,profoundly significant intangible cultural heritages(ICH)have been shaped in various forms.However,with the change of modern way of life and accelerating pace of urbanization,serious challenges confronting the protection of ICH in Henan province are ICH information collection and the task of document work,which are arduous.Under this background,Henan has energetically strengthened cultural constructon and promoted the innovation of the protection of ICH information.By taking the road of digital document protection,Henan has established the standard of digital archives construction,and strengthened the construction of database,built professional websites in traditional theatres and crafts and so on.On one hand,a series of achievements have been made;on the other hand,the problems of collection,storage,development and utilization of ICH information can not be effectively solved.Therefore,based on the investigation of ICH digital document protection in Henan,and drawing on the experience of digital filing work at home and abroad,this paper discusses the digital document protection in Henan and puts forward some countermeasures:firstly,the impact of digital technology on ICH document protection should be fully awared by changing people's idea,and the pace of digital document protection should be accelerated by further increasing investment and improving working mechanism of digital document protection.Secondly,do a good job in the collection of ICH archives information by making full use of digital technology,thus full ICH information collection coverage can be achieved,to ensure that those ICH information who still have vitality can be documented in time and integrity of ICH information in the developmental process of innovation.Thirdly,database construction should be strengthened to realize the collection and storage for the endangered ICH information.Database construction and specification should be improved in the accordance with the national unified standard,and ICH digital archives should be established by strengthening the database construction of ICH information resources in three levels of provincial,city and county and gradully setting up ICH database,to realize the centralized management of ICH information and effectively solve such problems of the information island in ICH information management as multiple management and decentralized management.Fourthly,the service function of ICH digital archives should be improved by building service platforms.Through ICH website platform,information service platforms can be provided for ICH digital archives,communication platforms for promoting ICH,and teaching platforms for learning and improving of inheritor in order to accommodate demand for public culture in information age.The last but not the least,to establish ICH digital museums by expanding outsource.These conclusions have practical significance not only for the document protection of intangible cultural heritage in Henan province,but have a certain value of reference for the protection of intangible cultural heritage in our country as well.
