The Design And Implementation Of NetEase Yanxuan Customized Recommendation System

"YanXuan" is Netease's e-commerce company,with excellent products and NetEase's help,Yanxuan's development is rapid.However,in the process of development,various problems also followed.First of all,as a new e-commerce band,how to attract new users in a short time is a serious survival and development problem,and secondly,how to carry out similar products navigation,how to use user behavior to create economic value also become a problem.In this case,it is an important thing to build recommend system for Yanxuan.Recommend system can help user find their favorite items,can build products navigation,can thus bring more economic benefits.This paper designs and realizes the personalized recommendation system for Yanxuan.This system will provide personalized recommendation services for Yanxuan.This paper describes the background of recommendation system and briefly introduces algorithm and evaluation methods.Paper analyzes the problems of Yanxuan,carries on the business process analysis,determines the five system function modules such as data preprocessing,model construction,recommendation generation,and implement the corresponding module.Based on the item-based collaborative filtering algorithm,the paper proposed the corresponding optimization method.Firstly,for the "see and see"scenario need recommend similar items,using the item tag information and time decay optimization method,solved similar item recommendation and new item cold start problem;second,for the "homepage popular recommendation" scenes need personalized features,proposed the use of user gender,season and other current user operating behavior optimization methods,sloved personalized recommend.Thirdly,for the "buy and buy" scenes need co-buy features,put forward the optimization method of association rules,solves the problem of co-buy problems.The personalized recommendation system has been put into practical application,the system provides the item recommendation and the commodity navigation,help the user to discover and dig interest,facilitate the user to browse and purchase;For Yanxuan,it attracts the user retention and improves the economic benefit.The application of the system,allowing users to quickly find favorite items,greatly saving the user's time,brought economic benefits,to solve its development problems.
