With the social and economic progress and the development of intelligent technology,service robot products continue to enrich the content,lead the new era of high-tech lifestyle to provide new impetus for the national economic development.But the robot products which has been put into the market has modeling homogenization problems,and are lack of the international market competitiveness,therefore,it is necessary to explore the service robot design.Under the user's cognitive thinking,taking the corresponding relationship between styling features and semantics as a breakthrough point,this paper explores how to realize the accurate and effective communication of product semantics and improve the self-evident and morphological innovation of the robot,and provides a new dimension for the innovative design of the service robot shape.The concept of hierarchical semantic feature analysis is proposed,and the design elements of service robot are deconstructed into hierarchical semantics.Feature extraction of different levels of design semantics is carried out.The basic elements of modeling are linked to the structural elements of product essence,Characteristics "for the carrier dominant expression,and ultimately to achieve product design innovation.The semantic difference method is used to construct the service robot semantic space.The user will quantify the modeling image of the service robot,clarify the mapping relationship between the characteristic elements of the service robot and the semantics of the modeling,and provide the design orientation for the modeling elements.On this basis,user will establish a set of context board tools for the service robot core semantic thesaurus,and build a link between specific semantics and visual context,to assist the designer of semantic and robot modeling qualitative awareness,inspire design inspiration,quickly extract design elements.Finally,the hierarchical semantic feature analysis is applied to the innovative design of the robot "FAR" developed by a company.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the product design scheme is evaluated and the design scheme is proved to meet the expected semantics,shape,structure,market and other aspects of comprehensive evaluation results close to a good measure,verify the design method of feasibility and effectiveness.This paper proposes a design method based on product semantics,which can guide the design strategy,make the overall shape of the product accurately convey the design information,fully display the scientific,pleasant,quality,in order to achieve good product human interaction and experience,to achieve service-oriented robot Product national brand innovation.
