Abstract/Summary:
Sleep respiratory monitoring is the ‘gold standard’ to assess the type and degree of sleep disorders,and which is a basic method for diagnosing sleep disorders.Currently,sleep monitoring is restricted by instruments,beds,manpower and other conditions.The monitors are easy to feel nervous for its complex operation,high cost and the fixed scene in hospitals,which increase their burden and risk.Sleep respiratory monitoring can’t meet the needs of the large number of patients and the estimate of accurate monitoring.Therefore,it is very necessary to track the physiological parameters of sleep real time and improve the sleep quality.The paper based on acceleration of gravity,posture and snoring builds a new sleep respiration monitoring system,at the same time systematically studies the technique and method of monitoring in remote home.The project can provide convenient,reliable,accurate and efficient sleep monitoring services for the patients with respiratory disorder during sleep.The monitoring results can timely help patients to select the most appropriate prevention method.The design of system includes the mobile terminal and PC terminal.In order to meet the low power consumption and portability,the high integration,good anti-jamming of the hardware structure and components selection must be guaranteed.STM32F103C8T6,the main controller,is adopted in the terminal.The acceleration can be collected through the MPU-6050 inertial sensor and the snoring signals can be collected through the MP45DT02 sensor respectively,then filter the original signals.The MPU-6050 acceleration and angular velocity are fused together as the position signal by the complementary filtering algorithm.And the attitude algorithm and control system are written by C language.What’s more,the design of PC interface,based on LabVIEW,is designed to connect mode and exchange protocol with the controller,so that data transmission,both display and parameter setting being realized.The monitoring system has advantages of high sensitivity,strong anti-interference,stable performance,rich functions,low load to the body and mind of patients.In addition it can be universally used and is suitable for real-time monitoring of patients during sleeping.
