Development Of Wireless Controller For Motion Device Based On Android System

The motion device is generally constituted by a driving device,a transmission system and an executing device.The drive device as the core of the motion device,but also the control object of the mootion device control system,now are mostly composed of AC motor.The traditional motion device control system is mainly composed of sensing system,controller,input device and display device.There are many problems such as Pre-wiring difficulties,high maintenance cost,limited communication distance and hard to carry and move.With the rapid development of intelligent mobile terminals and wireless communication technology,people's requirements for control systems are becoming more and more diversified.because of the Linux kernel and open source features,good touchable visual interface,simple operation,rapid response,etc,Android intelligent terminal equipment began to be widely used in the smart home and unmanned aerial vehicle as a mobile control terminal.In view of the above reasons,based on the development of the AC speed governor in the laboratory,this paper designd and completed a wireless control system of the motion device which is drived by AC motor,based on Bluetooth wireless communication technology and APP technology of Android intelligent mobile terminal.The entire control system consists of three parts: AC governor,the local human-computer interaction unit and the Android intelligent terminal APP.After in-depth understanding for the relevant theory and technology,through the analysis of system structure and functional requirements,With the STM32F-103ZET6 processor as a hardware platform,completed the human-computer interaction unit hardware circuit development and software program design,at the same time based on Eclipse development tools to complete the Android smart terminal APP design and development.After the completion of the hardware and software development,the APP will be installed to the corresponding Android device,test the entire wireless control system,after testing,the system basically achieved the desired function.
