With the proposed 2025 China manufacture,the manufacturing industry is constantly to high-precision,intelligent direction.The visual measurement technology is an important part of the manufacturing industry,to improve the measurement accuracy has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the vision measurement system,this paper studies the interference of the light source to the visual measurement system from two aspects of the light source and the environment light,and explores the methods that can suppress the interference of the light source.This paper firstly outlines the development of visual measurement technology and lighting technology,and summarizes the research situation of the influence of illumination on the accuracy of visual measurement system at home and abroad.It sets up a visual measurement system that is suitable for the research of light interference,including the hardware system and the software system.The hardware system mainly includes the selection of light source,illumination scheme,lens and camera.The software system adopts the HALCON software which has powerful function to complete the image processing part.Then this paper analyzes the influence of illumination on the visual measurement system.The experiment is carried out from two aspects: the light source(light intensity and light source angle),the environment ambient light(fluorescent light and sunlight).And studies the influence of these four factors on the image quality.From the perspective of image processing and system calibration to suppress the light interference effect on the measurement accuracy.In the process of image processing,an image segmentation algorithm based on variable threshold is used to suppress the influence of illumination unevenness on image segmentation.In the process of system calibration,a pixel equivalent calibration method with dynamic change of light intensity is proposed,and the intensity of light intensity is characterized by the gray scale of image object center,the dynamic relationship between dynamic pixel equivalent and light intensity is fitted.Finally,the dynamic pixel equivalents and fixed pixel equivalents were used to calibrate the results of four experiments including light intensity,light source angle,fluorescent light and sunlight.The experimental results show that the measurement results obtained by the dynamic pixel equivalent calculation are smaller than the fixed pixel equivalent error.The dynamic pixel equivalent method can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of the visual measurement system...
