With the rapid development of enterprise production automation level and the acceleration of enterprise information process,it is necessary to connect the automatic production line and the management platform in the process of production and operation,which makes the system vertical,from low to high transparent communication and information integration.Therefore,PROFIBUS international organization has proposed an integrated automation solution based on Industrial Ethernet——PROFINET bus standard.PROFINET is an industrial communication network based on Ethernet for automation.It not only applies to the industrial environment in different levels of real-time,secure communication,but also it can communicate with manufacturing execution system and enterprise management system transparently.Meanwhile,it also solves the problem of integrating existing fieldbus systems.In the lower-level system,it can not only control the related industrial equipment,but also compatible with the existing industrial field bus.In the high-level system,it can connecte to the Internet,which has broad application prospects.Due to the convenience of wireless access,Wi Fi technology is widely used,which can make wireless network users get good network performance.It greatly expands the convenience of Internet access,forming a network that can meet the needs of users.This paper deeply analyzes and studies PROFINET and Wi Fi,and it connecting the two networks through a gateway server,it also makes a deep research and practice on the security development of the corresponding Web server.In this paper,it design an access log in the server database to record the login information of the related devices and users.In order to identity of the user equipment for mandatory access control,the MAC address of the access device is bound and the MAC address of the log in device is identified.At the same time,landing system information and the important operating parameters of related equipment are encrypted by MD5 algorithm.The AES algorithm is used to encrypt and decrypt the transmission data to ensure the security of data transmission.Designing the B/S(Browser/Server)structure?C/S(Client/Server,)structure wireless clients and We Chat enterprise access so that the wireless clients or We Chat enterprise access can use Wi Fi network to monitor the device on the PROFINET.This paper tests the correctness and feasibility of the security control methods such as MAC address binding,MD5 algorithm and AES algorithm.It also tests the feasibility of theB/S structure,C/S structure wireless clients and We Chat enterprise access and the security of the system.The test results show that the safety method designed in this paper,the B/S structure,C/S structure wireless clients and We Chat enterprise access can achieve the purpose of the research.Using the B/S structure,C/S structure wireless clients and We Chat enterprise access it can connect Wi Fi network convenient to monitor the devices on PROFINET safely,fastly and conveniently.
