At present,poultry breeding development quickly in our country,but there were also a variety of factors such as the spread of infectious diseases,increased new diseases,variation frequent,increased resistance and nutritional metabolic diseases,which had brought great harm to the chicken industry.These factors to the clinical diagnosis of chicken disease and disease prevention and control had brought great challenges.In view of the lack of grassroots veterinary staff and the status quo of clinical diagnosis technology,the development of chicken disease diagnosis and control system was very necessary.This study was based on the latest research results of veterinary technology and computer information technology to develop the "chicken disease diagnosis and control information system",and then ameliorared the status of China's chicken industry to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and the development of reasonable prevention and control measures.The system of chicken disease diagnosis and control information was built using the experimental tools of B/S /D three-tier structure design,Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2008,Visual C # application and SQL Server 2008 Datebase.The knowledge acquisition method of chicken disease diagnosis and control information system adopted manually,summarized and stored the expert knowledge and experience in the field of chicken disease,and formed a complete database in the knowledge base of the system.The system has stored 85 kinds of common symptoms of disease information and disease prevention and control programs,the establishment of 34 database,3140 rules,collecting 518 disease images and 39 videos.The object-oriented knowledge representation method was used to express knowledge of chicken disease,easy to modify,maintain and update the knowledge base,and made the knowledge structure more clear by using the object-attribute-value triples knowledge representation method and production rule knowledge representation.The system used the rule based reasoning and case based reasoning of the combination mechanism to fully combine the advantages of the two reasoning theories and improve the accuracy of the system diagnosis.The final implementation of the system functions as follows:(1)The study successfully developed a "chicken disease diagnosis and control information system",the system can diagnose and control the common 85 kinds of chicken diseases.(2)Chicken disease diagnosis and control information system used the background database disease symptom information,pictures and systematic reasoning mechanism trinity combination mode to achieve the disease diagnosis process.The user according to the actual occurrence of symptoms and disease information in the system to match the choice of the same time can refer to the disease symptoms of the picture,through the system of reasoning mechanism to give the disease diagnosis results for the user reference.(3)Chicken disease diagnosis and control information system to provide disease prevention programs and immunization programs for users to apply,the user reference system to provideprevention programs and immunization programs and combined with the actual situation of the flocks to develop reasonable prevention and control measures.(4)Chicken disease diagnosis and control information system provides a knowledge query module,providing disease knowledge query,vaccine knowledge query,drug knowledge query,picture and video knowledge query,laboratory inspection knowledge query,to achieve the knowledge of the query function.To provide users with knowledge learning platform.
