In February 2016,?the several opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on further strengthening of urban planning and construction administration?put forward the ideas of the reform of China's urban block:in principle,we no longer construct gated community and community built should gradually open to make the internal road public.The purpose of this policy is to optimize the layout of urban road network and ease the increasingly serious traffic congestion.However,it's not cheap involving modification cost,noise pollution,safety.How to optimize the planning has become a realistic problem and urgently to be solved.How to find the best combination of community to open can be implemented maximum of traffic conditions improved within the limited cost.Based on big data,this paper systematic validation the relationship between gated community and traffic at the urban scale for the first time.The research object of this paper is the highway traffic of haidian in morning rush hour.Using multi-source heterogeneous data including road network data of haidian,residential area boundary,taxi trajectory data and trip distribution data of morning rush.this paper proposes a framework for large-scale network optimization for design heuristic strategy.The framework consists of traffic simulation module and heuristic search module.the traffic simulation module base open source software SUMO,its effectiveness is fully validated in the Beijing taxi data.In this paper,the three evaluation indexes of travel time,travel distance and average speed were designed to evaluate simulation results.The experiment shows that different open strategies have different degrees of improvement in traffic and it isn't necessarily true that the more communities closed,the better traffic;although these strategies improve the density of urban road network in a certain extent and realize the reconfiguration of traffic flow,it is much more likely to become a new source of congestion.
